A SMALL SHOP UPDATE:
We would like to announce that we have increased the prices for all apparel. We will be restocking on selected sold out items, stay tuned for more info later! Lastly, we will be discontinuing Con-Exclusive items, as we are are now in a stable place to fully market our brand and original characters!
FREEBIE (AND APPAREL) INFO:
In regards to gifting seasonal-themed freebie stickers with every purchase, we would like to transparently state that there may be restrictions that apply. Due to the fact that all apparel on our shop website are from a print-to-order source, we do not handle the shipping or fulfillment for those orders.
Any customer who places an order with any items from our website along with apparel will be sent out separately (due to print-to-order production and delivery time). Freebie stickers will be given out along with the items available (inventory in hand). In contrast, those who only order apparel may not receive freebie stickers due to shipping complications.
SHIPPING ORDERS:
Up until now, we try our best to get orders shipped out to you as soon as possible! As our little shop is growing and getting busier (and gas getting more expensive *cries*), we would like to inform shoppers that we will now have our shipping dates on TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS. Thank you so much for your patience!
AN UPDATE ON OUR REFUND, RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY:
Once we ship out orders, we will not accept any refunds, returns, or exchanges. As a small business, we do our best on our end to quality check our products as well as send out orders/packages in a timely manner. We heavily stress that we are NOT responsible for any packages once we’ve dropped them off at the post office. We cannot and do not control how the post office handles the packages. TuziNeko is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged goods.
